I’m Allie Del Rio. I’m a fitness coach, a salon owner, and I’m 50! I’ve been leading group fitness for 30 years and cast in over 100 fitness videos for The Firm. I'm Certified in Personal training, group fitness, Zumba and the list goes on! FItness has been my passion and I have been sharing it woth others since I was 16 years old.
Chris Wooten
I'm Chris Wooten,founder of Bodyshop Athletics and have been voted Personal Fitness Trainer of the Year seven times. My experience ranges from training Marines that protect the President of the US, to working with athletes of all ages over the past 30 years. My entire adult life has been driven by the "reps" in the gym, and now has taken on new meaning as a South Carolina State Representative.
